UPDATE
As highlighted at the May 2025 HOA Annual Meeting, we are starting an effort to update the Ruby Forest Covenants to include more robust Rental Restrictions in an effort to limit landlords who are not invested in the long term integrity of our community. We need 2/3rds member approval to perform this update and would appreciate your support.

HOA Board MEETING
Our monthly Ruby Forest HOA Board meeting will be held on December 10th, starting at 6:30pm at the Ruby Forest Clubhouse. Residents are encouraged to attend the first 15 minutes of the meeting if they have any questions or open business with the board.

DECEMBER 13th
Join Santa at the Ruby Forest Clubhouse on December 13th from 10 am – 12 pm! Enjoy tasty doughnuts, holiday crafts, and get your pictures taken with Santa! Please consider bringing an unwrapped toy or non-perishable food donation for North Gwinnett Co-Op.
