Solis Town Center in Suwanee

Suwanee Town Center is expanding! You may have noticed that construction has begun on a new development just Southwest of Suwanee Town Center on Buford Highway. The new development is called Solis Town Center, a modern 4-5 story mixed-use development that will include 12,000 square feet of street level retail space fronting Buford Highway and 240-unit apartments above and adjacent to the commercial space. Targeted for completion in May of 2019, the development is set on about 12 acres. The property will also feature 70 luxury townhouses to the rear and will wrap around a four-level parking deck that will provide additional public parking for visitors to Suwanee Town Center. This site is intended to complement and support the existing Suwanee Town Center and ultimately link together with the Buford Highway redevelopment plan (starting Fall 2017) and the expansion of Town Center Park.
