Community Forum - Call for Questions

As announced two weeks ago, the monthly Ruby Forest HOA Board meeting will occur Wednesday, September 13th, at 7:00pm in the Ruby Forest Clubhouse.

September's meeting is important because it will feature our annual Suwanee Community Forum with presentations by representatives of the Suwanee Police Department and Suwanee City Council.

If you have questions for the community representatives, we would like to solicit some of those questions prior to the meeting to allow the representatives time to prepare responses and gather materials (if necessary). Please submit the questions to board@rubyforest.net by Monday September 11th. This will give the board time to gather all the questions and provide them to volunteers prior to the meeting. Obviously, residents may still ask questions in the forum, but having some questions submitted ahead of time will allow the meeting to run smoother and focus on the most important issues.

Once again, all Ruby Forest residents are welcome at the meeting and encouraged to attend. We hope to see you there!
