The Clubhouse - Looking Good
Did you know that over the last couple of years the Ruby Forest HOA Board has been hard at work making improvements to our beloved Ruby Forest Clubhouse? Granted, some of the upgrades were made out of necessity (i.e. something broke), but if you haven't visited the clubhouse lately, you are missing out on this wonderful venue. You might want to consider this attractive and useful space for one of your future gatherings or holiday parties.
Here is an list of what is new and improved for 2017:
- New Roof - Because the old one was old and leaky.
- New Interior Paint - Previously mentioned Leaky McRooferson caused interior damage that has been repaired and repainted.
- Remodeled Kitchen - Granite Countertops, New Refigerator, Undercounter Ice Machine.
- Exterior Pressure Wash - Because you gotta do that stuff from time to time.
- Exterior Landscaping - In 2015 the front building had a makeover that is just now coming into its own.
- New Flag - Because Old Glory wasn't looking too glorious.
