An Axe to Grind

Happy New Year! We hope everyone had an amazing Christmas and Holiday Season. With the wind damage from the hurricane earlier this year and the big snowfall we had in December, there are several trees that need to be removed in our neighborhood. In an attempt to provide value to our residents, we have contacted some local tree services to inquire about a bulk discount for multiple Ruby Forest properties. Armstrong Tree Service, the company that performed the clean-up of the common area trees in December, has graciously offered to provide just such a discount to our residents for tree removal and stump grinding!

If you are interested in hearing more about this landscaping option, Armstrong will be visiting the neighborhood on Thursday, January 11th at 10:30am. You don't even need to be home to receive a quote. Just provide your address to pawley_k@yahoo.com with a note regarding what you would like done. It would be helpful to have your name and phone number as well to expedite the quote/contract process. This is a great opportunity to care of those problem areas in your yard at a discount price. Remember, dead trees and stumps are discouraged under the Ruby Forest covenants - so this also a great opportunity to correct any open violations from ACS.
