Clubhouse Reminders

Greetings Ruby Forest Residents!

We hope everyone is enjoying the start of Summer. Thank you to everyone who attended the annual Pool Opening Party and End-of-School Ice Cream Social. We especially want to welcome new residents to the neighborhood this time of year.

Two important reminders:

1) The Ruby Forest Clubhouse is not an open-access facility. Please refrain from entering the Clubhouse unless you have a paid reservation or are attending an HOA sponsored event that utilizes the Clubhouse. The only people who should be in the clubhouse are those with paid rental reservations. The AMS lifeguards also have permission to enter the clubhouse for cleaning supplies and kitchen access. Please remind your children that they should not enter the Clubhouse under any circumstances, even if they find a door accidentally unlocked during off hours. Additionally, property within the clubhouse should not be removed. This includes any food that is in the refrigerator. Reminder: there are surveillance devices that will be used to enforce these rules and administer suspensions if necessary.

2) The Clubhouse Trash Cans should be treated similarly. Do not use the Trash Cans for personal waste purposes. The Clubhouse Trash Cans are reserved for HOA Events, Clubhouse Rentals, and Standard Pool Use. During the Summer they fill up quickly when reserved for these functions and we cannot allow unchecked community usage. Just like the Clubhouse, there are digital surveillance devices present that can be used to enforce these rules and administer suspensions.

The bottom line is we want everyone to have a fun and safe Summer. Let's all work together to make Ruby Forest a great place to live.

If you have any questions about these policies, please contact board@rubyforest.net.

Thank You for Your Attention to these Matters
