Pool Rules and Access

Greetings Neighbors!

We hope you are having a wonderful time as we transition from Spring into Summer.  Summer means Pool Season and the HOA Board and AMS Pools would like to remind everyone to familiarize themselves and follow our posted Pool Rules.

First and foremost, please help adhere to following critical rules and report any violations to the lifeguard on duty and HOA Board.

1) NO GLASS CONTAINER OF ANY KIND is permitted inside the fenced area of the pool.

2) Pool is for RFHOA Members and their guests Only. No unaccompanied guests and children under the age of 14.

3) No hopping the fence or propping the gate open.

4) No smoking, loud music, and excessive profanity.

5) Please respect the pool hours: 6am - 10pm daily with Lifeguard hours: 12pm-7pm daily.

Help us keep the pool a fun and safe environment for everyone.  The HOA Board has the right to suspend privileges for pool rules violations and some violations like GLASS near the pool will also result in a hefty fine.

Note: The Annual HOA Dues were due on May 1st.  The grace period is over and late fines have been assessed.  This week, we will begin suspending the KeyFOBs of residents who have not paid their dues.
